Below are the expectations of the student-athlete as well as the family members in attendance when enrolled in the 5-Week Elite Pitching Program at SP IN Motion. - The student-athlete will show up prior to start time to mentally and physically prepare for class. - The student-athlete will put in full effort both on days when class meets in person, and on homework/assignments out of the facility. - All catchers who participate will remain positive and avoid engaging in any arguments with pitchers while in the facility. (Let's be honest. it's usually the pitchers fault arguments start anyways). - All pitching videos are to be submitted to Coach Sara Plourde-Zirkle by Sunday evening at 10pm. - All pitching videos will have a response by Monday night at 11pm. - If student-athlete is unable to attend, communication in writing (text, email) must be submitted to coach Sara Plourde-Zirkle by noon on the day of workouts. Your spot for that night will be given to another athlete wanting to join the class. - The words "I can't" or "I quit" are unwelcome and will have brief accountability workouts attached to them to reset your mind! :) Remember, this class if for Elite Athletes ONLY that are of high school age and wanting to train to prepare for the collegiate level. - If any of these expectations are continuously unmet, you will be asked to give your spot to another student-athlete who is eager to grow and learn. - There are no refunds (including sick days, other practices, games, etc). This course is intended to be structured, challenging and give you guidance on college recruiting! Cost is already set up to accommodate for a skipped week through the holidays. - Class fee will be prorated if you join after the start date. - Class week runs from Thursday to Wednesday.
